For viewers who aren’t already familiar with your content, what is your channel all about? Tell us a little bit about yourself.
My channel is about everything! From little creative bits of my life to jokes I can’t let go of and want to play on. I’m just a baby rice cake in big ol RICECAKE
How did you get started on YouTube? What’s the inspiration behind your channel?
I’ve always watched YouTube! Even as a kid it was my dream to do YouTube! I started with my friend Luke Korns when I was 13 and separately, at different times we both started solo projects on YouTube. My biggest inspiration by far is Luke Korns as well all my friends doing YouTube.
What has been the biggest change in your life since starting a YouTube? What advice do you have for your followers thinking about starting their own channel?
I feel like I can take any emotion I have and turn it into a story. For my fans, or anyone who’s thinking about starting a channel, you to do it for you. Not to seem cool, not to become big or to make money. If you want to start on YouTube, start it to tell your story.
What do your friends and family think of you broadcasting your life to millions of people?
My friends and family think it’s pretty cute!!
Any videos stand out as favorites? Any you wish you could do over?
My favorite video is my video “saying goodbye, and moving away from home” there isn’t any videos however that I wish I could do over, even the bad ones I like in their own way.
What is it like when one of your videos hit 1 million views?
It honestly felt insane because I never saw it coming and it was something I never thought could happen.
What do you want to say to the fans out there watching your channel?
Thank you guys so much for staying in touch with my life and watching me every step of the way! I want to do good for you and I want to make beautiful content for you. Hold me to that.
You’re well on your way to half a million subscribers! How are you going to celebrate that achievement?! What can we expect next from you?
I’ll probably go cliff diving in the nude!! Expect the same thing but even better! Expect more collaborations and even crazier content!!
Finally, I’m sure all your followers want to know how is your relationship with yourself going?
I’m doing pretty good…I mean I got in a fight with me a few nights ago. Had to sleep on my couch…other than that though things are pretty good! Probably going to make myself a smoothie now that I’m done with these questions. I love smoothies!!
